I've always been into fitness, and I consider eating healthy food is a part of my daily routine. I highly recommend Rajat to EVERYONE not only to the people who are fat or want to reduce weight but also to the people who are looking for a very healthy lifestyle because HE HAS GOT IT ALL. Having a hectic schedule and all day sitting work in this technology driven world makes everyone unhealthy where we do not have time to workout and take care of our health. That is what made me look very much fat with a irregular body shape which was seriously very awkward for me. Becz of this i was in deep worry that obviously added on to my weight. Being a true punjabi, weight was never a concern for me as I felt we live to eat instead of the adage v eat to live.from paranthas to gajar halwa to maa ke hath ki meethi seviyan, felt lyk heaven is just where I live n wat I eat.
